A Message from our Pastor, Fr. Bobby

Hail, O Lady, Holy Queen: you are the virgin made church. These words from a prayer of Saint Francis remind us that Mary, in saying yes to God, became a tabernacle, where Jesus lived as He came into our world. August 2 is the Feast of Our Lady of Angels of the Portiuncula, the patroness of our Archdiocese of Los Angeles (which is short for her full title). We pray that the Lord will bless Archbishop Gomez, Bishop Barron and all our brothers and sisters. This is also the Feast of our Capuchin Province of Western America. We pray God will bless us and send us many vocations. May the Lord bless you all!    Fr. Bobby
