Easter Egg Hunt

Easter eggs are symbols of the Risen Christ as eggs are the symbols of new life or new creation of mankind by the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. The hard shell of the egg symbolizes the sealed Tomb of Christ. The cracking of of the shell is a symbol of Christ's resurrection from the dead.

On Easter Sunday at Old Mission Santa Inés all children are invited to participate in the Easter Egg Hunt after the 9:30 AM mass. We thank everyone who so generously donated Easter candy for our annual Egg Hund and to everyone who helped make the Easter Egg hunt for the children a wonderful event!

Below are photos and a video of this year's event.
